Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups strawberries, chopped into small cubes
- 1 Cup noosa yoghurt, any flavor
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil

- Step 1
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2
- Combine chopped strawberries, noosa yoghurt, and honey. Spoon the mixture into small mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 3
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the yoghurt clusters to firm up.
- Step 4
- In the meantime, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until smooth and fully melted.
- Step 5
- Remove the yoghurt clusters from freezer and, using a fork, dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the baking sheet.
- Step 6
- Optional: sprinkle your choice of toppings! Try coarse sea salt, crushed nuts, dried fruit, or coconut flakes.
- Step 7
- Return the yoghurt mounds to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.

- Once chocolate is set, move from freezer to refrigerator in an airtight container.
