Logistics Coordinator and Wholesale Driver (Back-up)

Located just 15 minutes Northwest of Fort Collins, Morning Fresh Dairy has been in the same family for over 100 years. All of our cows live a great life here on our farm in Bellvue. Much of the cows’ food comes from crops grown in our fields. Morning Fresh Dairy is as local and sustainable as it gets.

We are now hiring a dependable and hardworking leader who will back-up delivery drivers and support logistics for our Northern Colorado market.

Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Easily adapts to changes – thinks logistically - thrives on physical work!
• 21 years of age or older with a good standing MVR and Background.
• Self-motivated and proven to succeed.
• Works well independently – yet a strong team player.
• Detail oriented – ensuring accurate truck loads and deliveries.
• Provides excellent and friendly service to customers.
• This is a very physically demanding job.

Some duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of wholesale operations including route logistics, ordering, inventory, loading and maintenance issues.
• Ensure all customers receive professional quality service.
• Conduct team trainings, evaluations, safety meetings and policies.
• Coordinate employee schedules for adequate coverage and time-off.
• Develop standard operating procedures for driver and loaders.

License/Certification

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Refrigerated Box Truck experience (Preferred)
• Pallet Jack (Preferred)

Job Type	Full-time
Pay	$20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule	Monday - Friday, plus some Saturdays as needed, 6:00am - 4:00pm (8 - 10 hours/day depending on routes)
