Corn Update!
Our corn is tasseling! What did the stalk of corn wear on its graduation day? A tassel!
Tasseling means the corn is officially in the reproductive stage- when the corn plant develops corn cobs. Farmer Rob estimates about 45 days to harvesting our corn! Now that’s some seriously corny news.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pleasant Valley Blackberry Lemonade
- 1/4 Cup Morning Fresh Dairy all natural milk
- 1/2 Cup vanilla, lemon, or strawberry noosa yoghurt
- 2 Cups frozen strawberries
Directions
- Step 1
- Add lemonade, milk, yoghurt, and strawberries to a blender
- Step 2
- Blend on high speed until it is to the desired consistency. Add more strawberries to thicken, and add more milk or lemonade to thin.
