Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream from Morning Fresh Dairy
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chives or other herbs
Directions
- Step 1
- Whisk up the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2
- Add the heavy cream slowly until all ingredients are well-combined.
- Step 3
- Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and add in any herbs of your choosing. Give it a good stir until incorporated.
- Step 4
- Serve immediately, or store in the fridge in a mason jar or airtight container for up to 10 days.
