Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Morning Fresh Dairy Milk (skim, reduced, or whole!)
- 1/4 Cup Honey noosa yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 Cup fresh spinach or kale
- 1/2 Cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small kiwi, peeled
- 1/4 Cup pineapple (fresh, frozen, or crushed)
- 1 Tablespoon Colorado Honey Company Raw Honey
- 1/4 Cup ice
Directions
- Step 1
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency has been achieved. If too thick, add more milk.
- Step 2
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
