1 Caramel Pecan Sticky Bun – I D’eclair lovingly nurtures their sourdough starter to add a more complex flavor to our sticky bun dough. Honey (no corn syrup in these buns!), brown sugar, butter, pecans, and cinnamon transform in the oven to make a heavenly caramel topping. We recommend heating these buns a bit before serving, to get the most tender, delicious experience!

1 Jam Fruit Tart – A tender, slightly sweet and buttery dough filled with I D’eclair’s own seasonally rotating flavors of fruit preserves. The tarts are baked to golden perfection and then iced by hand, so each one is unique. All flavors are listed under the product “Jam Tart 6-pack”.

1 Jumbo Muffin – Whether bursting with blueberries and real lemon zest, packed with locally grown zucchini and chocolate chips, or reminiscent of mom’s banana nut bread, I D’eclair’s muffins are true breakfast superstars. They’re baked in jumbo pans so they’re big enough to share €“ if you choose!

2 Bars – Could be an oatmeal fudge bar, an oatmeal jam bar, a lemon lavender, or a peanut butter blondie! The oatmeal fudge bar has a thick layer of brown sugar and oatmeal dough is spread with condensed milk fudge and topped with more chunks of oatmeal cookie dough. The oatmeal jam bar start with a layer of brown sugar and oatmeal dough that’s spread with our seasonally rotating selection of fruit preserves, then a generous helping of crumbly streusel is sprinkled over the top. The peanut butter blondies have a potentially irresponsible amount of peanut butter makes them oh-so gooey, while loads of chocolate chips add complimentary taste and texture. We couldn’t leave well enough alone, so we’ve iced them with chocolate buttercream and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.The lemon lavender is a perfect, soft mixture of tangy, tart, and sweet.
